What do you do for inspiration?
*Me- I literally sit and go through the success stories over and over like pages worth and read everyone's and review the pictures. Last night I even looked on YouTube for 30 Day Shred results lol it's getting obsessive but it's the only way I stay "inspired" :ohwell:

I also find the Success Story threads really inspiring.
But unfortunately irritating people find it necessary to quote the pictures so it's just the same pictures over and over again and it makes me want to shake my monitor!0 -
Well... I come here and see how all my friends are on track and losing weight!
They really inspire me.

Hey Shanna,
Right now I am taking a weight loss class weekly that really, really pumps me up, but it is only a 12 week course, so after that, I am not sure what I will do.Looks like the things you are doing are working great for you! I like to read success stories, etc. Sometimes, I have watched biggest loser and sometimes that helps. Kind of like, if they can do it, I should be able to do it too!

As vain as it sounds, I check myself out in the mirror & look at how much my body has changed!
I get up early early in the morning to exercise & get changed in front of the mirror, that inspires me to move my butt0 -
I love looking at the before/after photos - truly inspiring!0
