Hi everyone! Short story - in June of 2010, I weighted 280 pounds on a 6' 3" frame and spent a week in the hospital intensive care unit with heart failure and arrythmia. I have since had heart surgery and have an ICD (Pacemaker) implanted and lost 85 pounds in a year. The goal now is the keep it off and I have joined myfitnesspal in order to track my diet and exercise. Wish me luck! My goal is to get to 190-195 pounds and stay there (I am 204 pounds right now).
