What are some healthy foods I can eat with just having my wisdom teeth out?
Yesterday I ate whatever I could find.. mashed potatos, soup, mac and cheese, ice cream.
I need to not eat so many calories today!

Chicken broth, canned carrots, mashed sweet potato, banana, yogurt, ensure shakes, protein shake, cottage cheese, applesauce, scrambled eggs, fat free or sugar free puddings, sugar free jello and cool whip0

cottage cheese, greek yogurt, apple sauce, frozen yogurt is awesome the first day! helps numb the pain on top of the pain killers. other than this, i ran out of healthy foods really quick.0

smoothies!
you can add oatmeal and fruit, add yogurt if you life,
I usually have greens, fruit and hemp seeds
you can also add white beans to any fruit smoothies to turn it into a meal - just make sure you cook them yourself, canned beans have salt added and taste aweful!
good luck!0 -
Personally, if you're feeling awful I wouldn't worry too much about it. However, I did mashed potatoes (but made without tons of butter), lots of yogurt, and protein shakes, too. Noodles are good because they're soft, just don't put on tons of heavy sauces if you really want to worry about calories. Some people like applesauce...not a personal favorite. Frozen yogurt once you can handle colder things is good, too.
