They are good carbs. If you exercise you will burn them off. I would not worry about it. I drink Green smoothies every other day, sometimes daily and I've managed to loose 67 lbs.0

How many carbs are you "allowed" to have? And all carbs are good judging by my taste preferences.0

It is fruit, unless you are eating 10 lbs of it, don't worry about it!0

Eat more protein? Carbs are carbs, no matter where they come from. Unless you have some sort of predisposition to having a medical irregularity due to too much carb consumption, arguably, you should be fine.0

My nutritionist allows for 2 fruits per day because of carbs and sugar. I am permitted 100-130 grams of carbs per day. Carbs are carbs and sugars are sugars. The biggest different between the "good" and "bad" ones have to do with blood sugar stability, not weight loss. Get as accurate a count on your fruits as possible so that you can log them properly. Do NOT just ignore them. If you at least log everything, you can do a comparison yourself and try your way for a month or so. If you aren't losing, then cut back and see if you are doing better. Also monitor your food cravings/hunger. If you are having lots of cravings, cut back because both carbs and sugar can increase your hunger messages.0

Did your nutritionist explain to you why you are only allowed 2 fruits/day and 100-130g of carbs/day? Also, I hope you know that sugar is a form of carbohydrate.0 -
I know for myself, I am IR..so I was told by my nutritionist to limit fruits to 2-3 a day...thats cause sugars have a tendency to gather around my middle and have a fat party...been working at it so far..and have come along way.

I eat one serve of fruit per day only, and have been ruthless lately in trying to cut sugar out of my diet. I am slowly getting down to a reasonable level - breakfast cereals and muesli bars seem healthy, but are often full of sugar, so I have had to select ultra low sugar cereals and cut out muesli bars entirely.
Sugar is sugar - whether added or natural, you should be minimising your intake of it at least as much, if not more than, your intake of fat. Sugar makes fat in your body, and it does not fill you up.0
