Want to run the distance!

All through High School I did track and loved it! I have always had long legs so I could do it and was good at it! I want to start running again, paseing myself so I can reach the 2 mile to start with. Its gonna be hard to get back into but I can and WILL do it!

    You can do it, you can do anything you put your mind to remember that.
  • I used to run also and am trying to get back in the habit, but I know if I just start right away my legs will fall off. LOL
    I started with very brisk walks on my lunch and after work. It really helps and I remember how great it feels when your done, I just feel so much more awake and peppy.
    My daughters walk with me after work, which has made it a family thing.
