Fast Food Go To Meal

When, no matter how well you planned, you just have to stop for fast food what do you choose?
My "go to meal" is a Wendy's chili, 2 packs of crackers and a water. I'd like to get some new ideas though. What else is out there that will not cost a day's worth of calories, fat and sodium?

    Wow chili usually carries a massive amount of sodium. Unless you make it homemade with little salt or low sodium macormik packets.

    Wendys - also chili , no crackers and a side salad w/ ff italian
    Mcdonalds- grilled chicken sandwich - no sauce and half bun, with apples.
    Buger king- grilled chicken salad w / ff italian.
    Taco bell - two chicken fresco tacos.
    Long John's- salmon w/ mixed veggies.
    Arbys- turkey wrap -no sauce or cheese , side salad.
    I always drink two 32oz. of water with my meal, one while I eat and one when I'm done. That helps flush out all the extra soduim.

    For a snackish meal at McDonalds I have a honey mustard grilled chicken snack wrap and a fruit and yogurt parfait. If I'm doing the full meal I have a bacon ranch salad w/ranch dressing. I believe the salad as it comes and the entire packet of dressing are like 430 calories and the snack wrap and parfait are about the same.

    My go-to Fast Food meal is the Chick-fil-a Chargrilled Sandwich and a large fruit cup.

    You are right about the sodium which is why I rarley eat out anyway. Also I drink boat loads of water with it.

    wendy's grilled chicken go wrap w/a sm garden salad you cant go wrong, it's a life saver.
