30 Day Shred and skipping days

I have skipped quite a few days... this past week in particular. I did not do the Shred Saturday or Sunday and then skipped on Wednesday. Not able to do it today because my knees have been killing me! I am getting back on it strong tomorrow, pain or no pain. Do you think it will make a big difference? Should I start over? I will be on Day 10 of Level 1 tomorrow. Thanks!

    I always did it with skips in days. I still saw good results. My knees were bothering me too and since I have to chase 3 little kids all day - I just can't afford an injury. In between I would walk or do yoga to let my knees rest a little.
    Don't start over, you didn't lose any ground - move on to level 2 and get back at it!

    I did level 1 and 2 in 20 days and took a week off... starting level 3 tomorrow.... consistent working out is important of course but I doubt you will get less results doing level 2 instead of 1 because you skipped a few days...
