I got my butt kicked by Cathe Friedrich!

I get Fit TV on my cable service....so I decided to do Cathe Friedrich's Kick and Punch workout today.
Wow!!! I kept my heart rate at about 80-85% of my max for 40 minutes and burned 320 calories! And my arms and legs are killing me! That is the most intense workout I have had in a while. It felt great!

    I LOVE her workouts, I have 3 DVD's, currently doing the Butts and Guts and it is killer. It really works. Has made my leg muscles stronger, I was able to learn how to snowboard this year, by keeping up with her video. Love it.
