October Goals

Overall weight loss goal: 12.8 pounds.
October weight loss goal: I would like to lose 12.8 pounds, but it unlikely to happen. 8 is more reasonable.
Daily caloric intake:1200.
Reason for weight loss: I want to lose the weight I gained from binging and overeating, and to live a healthier lifestyle.

Goals for October
1. No binging.
2. Limit unhealthy food.
3. Drink more water.
4. Be more active.

    You can do it! One thing I would say, don't omit junk food completely. Once a week, like tonight, I allow myself a treat like frozen yogurt. All other nights, I use small indiv. desserts like dark chocolate, 100 cal packs, Smart One sundaes, Weight Watchers, or Skinny Cow. That way, you won't deprive yourself or be tempted to binge in the long run.

    Also, avoid having big servings of junk food around! It seems simple but it helps!

    i also really need to stop binging.
    another one of my goals is too jog at least 3 times a week. :)

    Those are pretty much my goals too. I'd like to lose 14 pounds this month but would be happy with a healthy 10lbs.

    Good luck on our quest. Would be nice to ring in halloween at 140 lbs.
  • I have the same goals!. I actually made a paper that says OCTOBER CHALLENGE and listed my goals and the weight i will be at the end of the month. i plan to hang it above my bed! :) you inspired me! thank you and gooood luck!

    1. Drink more water
    2. Get back to working out 5-6 days/week
    3. Kick up my cardio routine
    4. Do more strength training
