I am going to make some veggie burgers tonight, but I want to make enough to freeze. Do I cook them and freeze them, or just freeze them uncooked?

Maybe you could experiment! Of your extra burgers, freeze some uncooked, and cook some before freezing. Then you can have a taste test and decide which works better for your recipe :)

Cook them and then freeze them.

Then when you want to heat them up just pop them in the microwave/oven.

Well, I've never done that. But, I would guess that you may want to freeze them uncooked because they may get hard or crusty if you rewarm already-cooked burgers. I buy the boca burgers, and I believe they are uncooked-frozen.

I always cook then freeze. I am afraid they would fall apart if I didn't cook them first before freezing.
