Hi everyone, I am new the to the my fitness pal community but have been using the app for about two months now. I've lost ten pounds and it seems as if I hit a plateau. I am still counting my calories and I think thats what is keeping me from gaining the lost weight back. What I am looking for are tips to break through this phase... because frankly, I'm beginning to lose motivation to keep up the weight lost. I need ideas!!

Introduce exercise? I'm in the same boat but eat decent and workout regularly0

make sure you're eating enough...look at other BMR calculators and figure out what your real number is.. I find it's too low here on MFP and then your body starts holding onto what you consume even though you're doing everything. Check out some of the old threads about eating more to lose.
welcome and good luck0 -
I have been doing 45 minutes of cardio at least three to four times a week and weights once a week. Sorry, I forgot to include my workouts.0

I actually haven't looked into my BMR but I certainly will now. Thanks0
