Welcome to MFP, I love the app too it is so useful and is like having my diary with me everywhere I go. congratulations on the times you have lost weight but it sounds like you have gone hardcore then when you have reached you goal weight you then eat more than you should. You need to change your whole way of looking at food, don't try to lose the weight super fast but cutting your calories too low but learn to eat healthy foods but still allow to have your treats too, we are not meant to be on a permanent diet but to have a healthy eating programme. I think around 2550 calories a day for a man is right but then it depends on how active you are too for when you are at your goal weight, and I don't think a man should go lower than 1700 calories a day when trying to lose weight. Don't forget to drink lots of water too
good luck this time around0
