I am trying to maximize everything and realize alot of times, I am walking at lunch but I am only keeping up with the minutes. Please help!

    Polar FT4 or FT7 --- unless you can afford FT40/FT60

    I really love my Polar FT4, you can get it @ Academy for like $70! It's easy to use and even works in the swimming pool! A great investment!

    I love my Polar FT7 and it cost me $110 but you may be able to find it cheaper
