How are you calculating it in the "exercise" listing?

How are you calculating it in the "exercise" listing?
I'm really bad at figuring this all out lol.
Before I got my HRM, I would just enter it on MFP as Circuit Training for 20 minutes, but after I got my HRM, I used whatever time it has on it when I stop and whatever Calorie burn it says I had.0
