Got another winner here.
l-2 cups of shredded cabbage. (i used bagged slaw mix)
2 tbs/ chopped onions, (red or white, or omit)
2 tbs. chopped dills, or sweet relish (what ever your prefer)
1 tbs. spicy brown mustard
about 1/3cup unflavored yogert (i prefer Fage 0%)
I also added a chopped egg white, for extra protien.

This was extra creamy and yummy. All practilly free calories.
