New Weight Loss journey

Hi,

After losing 7kgs earlier in the year, my weight loss stalled - I suppose life got too hectic and eating right and exercising fell by the wayside.

But with 20kgs still to go I needed a kick in the butt and 'behold' I found MyFitnessPal and I think that this is exactly what I need!

Here's hoping :happy:

    Well, first off, congrats on your original weight loss! Now that you are back on track the rest of the KGs should just melt away! MFP is a great site, it can really keep you focused if used right. I personally am always under my goal (*which is bad*) but im still trying to figure out a healthy eating pattern for myself...

    Hey congrats and welcome! I know exactly what you mean, I was struggling with motivation until I found MfP and have now lost 38pounds - well 18 kHz in Aussie speak lol. Good luck :)
