My uterine is still dark and I feel just slightly dehydrated. What is causing this? Do I need even more water? I'm 5'9" & 191, if that helps any!

You may need to drink more depending on how much you exercise and sweat out.
Best thing to do, as always, contact your doctor0 -
Yeah you need more or not as spaced out. My urine doesn't get light (enough) until my 12th cup and I usually drink 4 cups at a time for a total of 16 every day.0

How dark are you talking? You really don't need to drink until your urine is clear. I'm sorry, I know water is a big thing here, but that is just not necessary. Yellow is fine. If you're talking really dark, you need to go to your doctor.0

Water is very necessary. If it's very dark (like almost amber color), go to your doctor. If its more of highlighter yellow, you are okay, but if it worries you call your doctor. Remember to keep hydrated while working out. I drink any where from 64 oz to 96 oz a day depending on how much I do.0
