I was just wondering what is everyone's favorite exercise for changing a part their body, something that you did that gave fast and wonderful results to a particular body part, so it became your favorite all time thing to do, and you will do it always?

It's difficult to choose just one, but mine would be heavy weighted squats. For me, there is nothing better to shape your legs and bum.

    I did the treadmill (glutes) for a while & i swear i saw gr8 results.

    For all over exercise I don't think you can beat Body Attack - intense cardio (including some anaerobic stuff) and strength all in one. Body Pump really does change your shape very quickly though if you do it regularly. But in terms of a single exercise, I would have to say oblique crunches.

    This is great, just goes to show how different we all are and how different things work for our bodies. I've never got good results from CV alone and I use a cross trainer (eliptical) and rower 6 days per week, if I just did that I would lose weight but I wouldn't develop any visible significant muscle, my friend can jump on a cross trainer every day for a week and get totally toned, she puts muscle on very fast and gets lean very quickly. This just goes to show you have to see what works for you!!! And is a great lesson to all that preach ;) Thanks everyone! :)
