I had some fruit past my cut-off, but then felt hungry, was about to eat and then got carried away with some work , so I'll count that as a win.

I'm in for this challenge although I'm jumping in a bit late. Better late than never, right? This is a huge struggle for me so it will be great to have some accountability. Our dinner time varies so my cut-off will be nothing after dinner. I already ate tonight after dinner so will start tomorrow.0

This is a very sheepish Zaza checking in. Once again, I get off track with the birthday clebrations - my son's 26th and my mom's 80th. :ohwell: A nice time was had by all. Just have to get through my husband's birthday on Mon. and then we're done til Thanksgiving.

While I may be winning over LNS (barely), I can do better and I will!
I am also optimistic that I am going to see some positive movement on the weight-loss ticker. An instructor at the Y told me about the "17 day diet" and my husband has agreed to try it w/me. Will be so much easier if we're both doing it. Seems like a reasonable and healthy diet so wish us luck!

It's still hot in hell today! :laugh:
Stepped on the scale though and I'm still up 5 pounds from Sunday's weigh-in even though I really pushed fluids yesterday. Not going to change my score though because I'm pretty sure that there are some other factors and so I'm just going to keep plugging away. I refuse to let Sunday night's crash and burn derail me! Got a good meal plan in place...just need to figure our my exercise for today.0 -

I'm in! Nothing is worse than snacking really really late and you know your regretting it! My cut off is 10 pm only cuz I'm a bit of a night owl most days and I dont have a set eating schedule. Although, tonight I caved in. So I'll get on it tomorrow. Right now it stands at ME: 0 LNS:10

Okay, this failed big time! I will make an official cut off at 10:30 and then try to back off at 10, etc. I obviously need some practice. SO

Welcome to mjmcdon. Try really hard to stick w/this challenge - it really really helps!! In the past, I have used tricks such as flossing my teeth or using teeth whitening strips after my cut-off time.
