Well I didn't beat the munchies last night, but I did keep myselft to at least stuff that wasn't off plan so I stuck with wise choices, but my goal is no snacking after 8pm.0 -

The last thing I ate was almonds and was still hungry, dont like the feeling. I think I'll stick w/ yogurt it holds you more.0 -
Hmmmmm I NEEDED chocolate last night so instead of eating a chocolate bar I made myself a Milo.
I think that counts as snacking though!
