Hiya.
I have a packet of minced beef and am a bit fed up of the usual like spag bol or chilli.
I fancy burgers and was wondering if anyone has a nice recipe for home made burgers.
Thanks.

Hey, I make these home made burgers. My mum came up with the recipe, and I grew up with these burgers.

    Ingredients:

    Minced beef
    Tomato purée
    Onion
    Beef stock powder/ stock cube

Put the beef into a mixing bowl.

Then put the tomato purée in. ( this is what will help bind the burgers, so you don't want to little or too much, just enough to bind)
Fry off the onion in low cal oil

Put the onion in the bowl

Put the stock powder/ cube. Just one cube or 1 teaspoon if making enough burgers for 1 person. 2 stock cubes or 2 teaspoons if making enough burgers for 2 or not people

Bind the burgers together with your hands, so they make a burger size of your palm and press the burger down in both hand, so the burger doesn't fall apart while cooking.

Cook in a frying pan with low cal oil on a medium heat until they're cooked.

Turkey burgers. I puree sauteed onions, spinach then add bread crumbs, and egg whites. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
