    Tighten up your core. Don't just do ab exercises, also do glute exercises. If your abs are tight and your glutes are weak, your pelvis will still tilt forward. You need both to have a nice streamlined midsection.

    Also, stay within your calories and get in some good cardio.

    glute exercises?? i dont know much about it.. i guess i'll google it :) thnx

    for exercise i suggest getting jillian michaels 30 day shred all you need is the dvd, weights and a mat.

    For food i suggest you cut down your portions sizes and drink more water. Try not to eat late at night as that is how you put on weight more than anything
