How is this possible?

I am in second month of TurboFire. I rarely miss a day of working out. I track my food and I think I eat well. I don't starve myself or overeat. AND YET, I have not lost a SINGLE pound of weight nor an inch!!! I am frustrated and a bit concerned. What am I doing wrong? Feel free to look at my food diary if it will give some hints to the problem.

I'm with ya!! I'm 4 weeks into power 90 and no weight loss and no inches lost not sure whats up with that.0

Oh, and please don't overly judge from my last few days. I had a few big family dinners where there was literally no veggies. I usually eat more veggies. hee0

I think it depends on your goals and how close you are to your goals. You look quite slim already, so your body may be very close to its ideal numbers. I would encourage you to stick with it, because even if you don't see a change on the scale or measuring tape, you will definitely "firm up" and gain loads of energy.0

Hi, I took a look at your foods from most of August - Sept. You might try cutting the carbs and sugar as they're often in the red. Keep the fat content at 0 or below, and don't go over your calorie goal except maybe once a week. Hope this helps!0

I took a look at the diary for the past couple weeks and your sodium seems ok (which is usually the culprit) but you may want to consider adding it to your diary calculations. I could see it on the full report. Also, it doesn't appear that you are eating your extra workout calories and you may want to consider doing that. Maybe you're not getting enough to eat? Just a thought. Other than that, it looks great, good mix of fruits and veggies:)0
