I need to have 2 surgeries on my knees this year. The first in Dec and the other probably in May. Obviously the exercises I do will need to be altered, I was doing Ripped in 30.
Any advice on what I can do?
I am really trying to focus on my belly fat and thigh area.

A friend of mine had knee surgery and she did a lot of swimming untill she was able to get back into the gym. Is that an option?0

You can do a lot with adaptive yoga. Also, for cardio the UBE machines are upper body only. It won't be long before they have you on a stationery bike. I do long distance cycling and was able to do an MS-150 90 days post op.0
