I am in search of a way to get fit with exercise, i searched the internet and found chair-a-cise. I really want to burn lots of calories and get fit. I had ankle surgery December last year howerver i am still on crutches and can't walk alone yet. Is there anyone at MFP
know anything about or used chair-a-cise and had good result. Before these surgeries i used to do a hour to two of cardio 4 days a week, 3 days of strength training. I am doing Great staying within my daily calories i just need to get in exercise.

That is an excersize they do with the elderly in nursing homes and ALFs. You might want to try doing a series of punches elbows thrust and upper cuts. You can do these seated and it will bring your heart rate up much more0
