Did some damage last night

Did some damage last night and now I'm 486 calories in the hole. Should I burn 486 + 200 today to make it up? 200 is my daily goal. I can break it up into AM & PM.

    I don't know if that is what you SHOULD do...but that's what I'm going to do! I went WAY over last night!

    i had a bad 3 days and now i have to make it up.. im going to do as much as i can each day without starving and getting injured :)
