Help! Everything is going south!

So after having kids, of course my breasts went south. I started loosing weight last year and after 45 lbs I would be MORE than happy with my weight and size now if it wasnt for my stomach. I mean people ask me all the time if I'm pregnant.
So my question is, is there something I should be doing to firm up my body? I lift weights and do pilates at least 4 times a week (2 each). I've tried creams and changing my diet but my arms are begining to wrinkle and of course my stomach is aleardy wrinkled. Its not very youthful and I'm only in my 30s.
To me its not worth it to take off the rest of my weight and end up with my whole upper body wrinkled. But I want to loose the tummy. I've increase my cardio to the point that if I'm not running, spinning, or doing something high impact I barely break a sweat. I feel like I'm in shape and healthy but my tummy is huge. I know I cant spot reduce so everything will continue to get smaller as I work on my belly. That makes me frustrated because I dont know how to keep my body from wrinkling and sagging. I would appreciate any help
Thank You
