My first choice for a workout is running but, I have a hard time becasue it feels like it will never end. I finally put some music on while I jogged and the 30 mins flew by. I know it is nothing new and fancy but, if you have not tried it and are finding it hard to get through a workout I recommend it. I never thought I needed it, I watched TV inside and when I ran outside I had some visual stimulation. This by far however was the best and made everything go by so fast and gave me a little push.
