    October 7 = 425. I called my Dr. yesterday & begged him to let me do SOMETHING.....60 minutes on a recumbent bike, slow, no resistance. Not the most effective but it's something!

    289 calories for yesterday. The cold sent me to bed early and I didn't even finish logging foods. UGH! I will post wh t I did today later on as I am hoping to get on the elliptical again tonight!!

    We are going to have an "attack day" on THURSDAY this week

    For those new to my games, I like to throw in a "fun" thing here and there !!

    ON THURSDAY........... each Captain has the chance to attack another team.

    HOW??

    PM the team captain of the team you are attacking
    When all of there numbers are in, they MUST give you the miles that their highest Calorie Burner has done.
    Add those miles to your teams totals for that one day (in effect counting an extra person)
    The team being attacked can still count their person with the highest burn as normal......

    But next time i might not be so nice !!!

    Oct 6 thru today: burned 150 calories. I'm visiting family... and celebrating 4 birthdays. Lots of cake... Tomorrow we drive home (it'll be an all-day event) and then back to burning lots of calories. Promise!
