any purples on today that want to do a workout??? i am feeling sick and lazy and really need some motivation!!!

    :bigsmile: Already did my workout. Rode stationary bike for 30 min. I struggled the whole way through. I usually take Wed. off, but I'm going to play Bunco tonight; so I knew I had to get some extra workout calories. So, try to get up a do a little something.

  • I'm here. I did my bowflex this morning. But, I really need a kick in the butt to do anything else. I haven't even gotten my dishes done today!

    well i just got done doing my stationary bike for an hour and i will probably try to do another hour later!!!! atleast i got something in!!!

    Great Job! I wish I could say I did anything. But, my big accomplishment is getting dinner in the oven. :embarassed:

    DH got me some ankle weights and some 5 lb dumbbells. I've walked all over the place with the ankle weights today. Probly look like and idjit. But it's something. I can't find anything in the database to count as ankle weights tho....Gonna have to guess.

  • I walked, actually ran down the hill to get my son from school. My 3 year old would stop running so I had to run to keep up. :laugh: I almost drove too. I'm proud i didn't and actually did the walk like I should.

    Hey ya'll!!! Miss me??? LOL!!! I am off work for the evening finally. I got 2 more days to work, 12 hours each and then I am off 4 days. I am only going to get to work 2 days next week so they are cutting my time again. I think I will get to sign up though. Money isn't great! So how did you all do this week? I missed ya'll today!!
  • Sign up? How was your day with calories. I know how hard it can be away from home to make wise food choices!

    Sign up as in no work so we sign up thru the government, something like that, employment security commissions. Anyway I did good today with my calories. Of course I reallly don't get to workout when I work long nights because I have to come home, find us some supper, get my daughter in the bathtub and all that fun stuff and get my lunch ready for the next day at work. But I am still below on my calories I believe. May have a slim-a-bear ice cream.
  • oh, gotcha! Now I want Ice cream. I do have 230 calories left. Maybe a small bowl of ice cream could work. :heart: :bigsmile:

    I also have fat free ice cream but i think i am going for the slim a bear ice cream tonight. i want to try this new one out i bought with some kind of toffee outside. Yummy!!
