This is my 2nd day and thought I would ask before messing up my whole goal and calories. I do alot of run/walk/sprint intervals on my treadmill, turbofires HIIT DVDs and now Tracey Anderson's 30 day method muscolustructure (sp?) sequences. For anyone who has completed these types of excercisse what have you equated it to in the excercise database? I was putting jumping jacks or jumproping for the HIIT dvd, writing down my interval times and speeds and calesthenics for 30 day method. Yesterday I put vigorous as I was sweating but not sure if it was really home/light/moderate effort.
Anyway maybe I am being too detailed and it really doesn't matter to be to the "T".

I think a lot of people use HRM's and create it as exercise or some people mark it as circuit training...0

To get a true calorie burn you need a heart rate monitor. And just enter it as a new exercise
If you don't own a HRM then you just need to try and ball park it

Yeah I don't have an HRM.
Thankyou though!
