I went to Chang's Mongolian grill. I am not sure how to log what I ate. I used mostly veggies, a tiny bit of chicken, tofu, a little noodles. I was trying to get as much color as I could.

    I was just there yesterday (my favorite)!

    I did my best to guess based on what I know about calories and stuff. Only did one helping, and like you went more for veggies and a little seafood. I just don't know how to estimate the sauce ingredients. I go pretty heavy on the chili oil and I'm sure that's not good.

    big Yikes when it comes to Chang's... but it sounds like you did a good job from what they had to offer!

    I was careful with their food and only ate a healthy serving. Most of my plate was veggies. On top of that I walked to chang's in order to ensure I earned eating out.
