Logging Question

Is there a way to log an exercise program (for instance-30 Day Shred).
How do you know how many calories a program burns?
Sorry if this is a silly question.

The best way is to invest in a HRM with a chest strap. If you don't have one, most people log 30 Day Shred as circuit training.0

30DS is basically considered Circuit Training or Calisthetics.. (both burn about the same calories for the 20 minute workout).
Most people advise to get a heart monitor to get a more personal accout for what is not in the Exercise Database. I bought one but still haven't figured out allits features so I'm winging it with "similar" exercises.
Started Level 2 of 30DS today... OMG.. I thought Level 1 was a good intensive workout depending on which assistant you follow! Level 2 is gonna HURT tomorrow! LOL0 -
I log the 30 Day Shred as a 20 minute circuit training. Oh, my. Just started it & I am sore - but it's a good sore.0

I too just started the 30 day shred and went out today and bought a heart rate monitor with chest strap to see what it reads. Yeah its tough and I'm sore but I know it'll pay off.0
