Hi, All,
We buy Sam's Skinless Salmon Filets "fresh" from Sam's Club. It's not the frozen one. I bought the slab of pink salmon but it has colored water added to show the pink color.. that says on the package "Skinless Salmon Filets". 2.77 lbs for about $19.
How do I determine the calories on this? I don't know if it is alaskan, pink naturally, etc. I've googled it and tried to find anything similar to this name. But all the calorie ranges are different. I usually go higher with calories, but Salmon is all over the place on calories.
What do you think?
Thanks in advance,
Cora
