    im in, i'm hoping to do better this month than last month.

    I will take my measurements at the gym tonight and post tomorrow! I WILL BUT A CHALLENGE - Drink at least 64 ounces of water
    I WILL NO MATTER HOW TIRED I AM - Complete food diary daily
    EASY - Limit sodium to 1500-1800 miligrams only
    EASY FOR ME - Exercise 5 times a week at least 35-45 minutes
    That's everywhere although some places are only an inch or 2 others are 5 or 6 inches -Take body measurement only on the area you really need to work on
    Goal:
    My Challenge - To lose 6 pounds in thirty days(1.5 pounds a week )

    Tazzy, I am weighing in early. My mom is having surgery in the morning, nothing serious, but I'm afraid that if I don't do this now I may forget later.

    Also, I lost one inch off hips, pretty surprised about that. I've been able to stay under goal with calories and sodium and have exercised and kept my diary. You sure are keeping me on track!! Thanks a bunch!
