Is it ok to only have a 1000 calorie intake?

imo at your current weight you could be eating around 1700ish cals and still be losing and then adjust your cals as needed
if someone is doing a short term PSMF or something of that nature it may not be horrible to be around 1000ish cals, but not for any extended period of time0 -
Ok it makes perfect sense. I'm going to continue on working on that.. Trying to eat more calorie dense foods. Thanks all for the help.0

I'm gonna eat 1000 calories for dinner.
I'm about to head to Saltgrass steakhouse and consume 1400+, including a 10oz filet. Oh, and I'm enjoying a St Arnolds Oktoberfest right now that clocks in around 200 cals. Gotta love these heavy excersise days.0 -
