Okay, I quit smoking 90 days ago and joined mfp 30 days ago. I lost 4 pounds and hit the wall. Is it because my metabolism is in shock from nicotine withdrawal? I am glad I have not put on the proverbial 25 pounds from quitting smoking, but I am getting a little discourage with not being able to lose....has anyone been there?
