Since I just started at this I have lost over 3 pounds. I have been sick lately but I don't think that is the issue. I have been walking when my ankle doesn't hurt. I do do my wii when I can and that really gives me a workout.

    Congratulations! the Wii was definitely a great breakthrough for getting people to work out while playing video games, good luck with future losings :)

    You could always try something low impact also like marching in place or the kettlebell.
  • Yes I could but right now I have an ankle injury and have to loimit what type of exercise that I do.
