Eat a huge bowl of extra spicy chili before you go, the impending doom of a bathroom nature will surely burn many calories.

Buy a fitness band (one of those long rubber tube things with handles). You can work your arms (bicep curls, overhead press, etc.) and legs while sitting. You could also take a smalllish ball or a not quite inflated beach ball. put it between your thighs for inner thigh work - squeeze, release, etc. If you put it between your elbow and your body you can do the same squeeze release move to work your biceps.

Will you be riding in the front seat or the back seat? Or will you be driving? Also, what kind of car will you be in? These are important things to know.

Everytime you stop for gas, food, rest area, etc. push the car a couple dozen feet. I helped a man push his broken down car this evening into a parking lot, 50 ft or so. Afterwards, my heart was racing and legs were on fire!

Best to pay attention to the road. But theres all types of ab work you can do . Just tighten and flex your upper, lower, side abs at slight angles and different intervals. But don't poop and keep your eyes on the road

Avoid fast food if you can, while being the passenger maybe some seated stretches? I always find I get stiff if I have to sit for long periods of driving, so stretching is key.
