If you're like me, you are confused by how many calories you burn when running and translating that to the goals of MFP. This seems to be a very reasonable calculator for runners based on the usual info plus how many miles you run per week.
Anyway, this seems very reasonable to me.

Calculator seems reasonable enough, except that 10-29 miles a week is a pretty big range to try to account for caloric need. I pretty much go by the rule of thumb of 100 calories per mile (works for most people) and it was only about a 60 calorie difference between MFP maintenance + exercise and the mid-range of 10-29 miles per week. But I'd rather account for the actual miles than a range.0
