Go to Dragondoor.com and get a kettlebell and DVD; I have done a maximum of 10 workouts over 3 weeks with a 15lb kettlebell and my fitness level is soooo much higher! Often referred to as the "what the hell" effect, kettlebell workouts quickly improve your over all stamina and strength. The last time I did my 48min Turbo Jam video two weeks ago, I got sweaty and felt like I had a great workout, today, I felt like I might has well have been taking a walk - I was bored and wondering why I wasted my time! Look into these for sure!
