Day 3 for me and still at my workouts- woot woot- I find that as soon as I come home I need to change my clothes (not sit down) and just get my workout done and out of the way because if I sit down then thats it or if I do something else I will put it off then it will be too late.

My husband is turning into SGT butthead with my workouts and my calories lol- This weekend we are going to run (have I ever said how much I hate running- I hated it when I played basketball and softball-lol) but we are going to do run/speed walk to build up my endurance so i can do a mile without dying and then work my way up- I also told him I wouldn't mind going on a long bike ride

So weekdays is the elliptical and 30 day shred- weekends have to switch things up-

    :noway: Good for you for staying motivated. I have to workout right when I get home also. My dogs are good motivation though. They are ready for their walk. I mostly workout at work. We have a gym so that helps. On the weekends, I just mainly walk/run or ride my bike.
