losing calories while working

Alright, I know this is sort of an extreme case, but I work outside all day long. Today I had a thirteen hour shift and I was probably walking, running, waving and jumping for five hours.I was standing for at least 5 more hours and I got about a three-three and a half hour break.
Should I eat to compensate for the hours that I am doing all of this work?

What do you have your activity level set to? If you set your activity level high, MFP will give you more calories, but over the entire week instead of just the days you work.0

You should have the appropriate activity level set in your profile, moderately active by the sounds of things, and this will then be reflected in your calorie goals.0

Change the activity level in your profile to reflect that you are very active in your daily life. This will automatically give you more calories in your daily goal so you don't have to worry about logging it as exercise.0
