:smile: Morning all, just thought i would post on here to say hello!! i have tried doing these sites before to encourage myself to lose weight but never got past day 2/3!!! - all because no support from other people doing the same thing, had this site rec by a friend who has lost 44lb doing this so thought i would give it a whirl! anyone who wants to be friends with me on here feel free to request the more support i can get the stronger i will be! I have been a serial yo yo dieter in the past and i don't want to be like that anymore i want to lose weight for GOOD!!! good luck to everyone on there weight loss journeys x
