Has anyone seen or heard of Fluidity Fitness? it's a total body workout bar. I saw an infomercial for it and it looks pretty cool. It's also space saving because it folds down to only 4 inches high so you can store it flat under a bed or upright in a closet. That's important to me cuz I have a small house.

It gives you a total body workout using just your body weight. they advertize with cardio workouts you continue to burn calories for 2 hours afterward. With Fluidity you continue to burn for 48 hours because your building lean muscle.

Just wondered if anyone had this and what their opinions are. Trying not to get sucked into an informercial - but again, it looked pretty cool.
