hi all am new so any advice from anyone would be great x

Hi
My advice - be honest when you log your food. Include everything.
Log your intake today and see how it compares with your target
If you need to eat less, trim bits off each meal ( two slices of toast, not three etc)
Eat veg to fill yourself up rather than chips
Build some treats into your diet - but log their calories/carbs etc
Don't worry if you go a week without losing
Think about an exercise program that's right for you
Thats my two-pennyworth . . but what do I know0
