PLATEAU PART II

I notice big changes in my physique. But very little changes to the scale. I only drop 2LBS in the last two week. But i'm getting comments on what are you doing and how are you doing it. But needs some helpful tips of how to break through this plateau wall i've hit in the past weeks. Thanks to all my MFP friends.

    if we can't see your food we can't be sure what's going on. Diet is 70-80% of your success.

    You body has gotten use to exercising and eating healthy..So you should try the zigzag calorie method which is eating a different amount of calories each day and also up your workout
