Trying Again

I starting using this site a few months ago and it was working! I started running and joined a gym. It was great. Then came several vacations and everything I had learned slipped away. There are some things that I have held on to but I really need to get back on the band wagon. I don't quite understand how a work out can make me feel so great but just the next day I can't convince myself to do it again. It would seem like I would get addicted to that as much as I am to food. Wishful thinking I guess. Anyway, I am hoping to get some buddies on here that will notice when I haven't been logging in. Accountability will be important to me!

Anyway~ I am turning 30 this month, w00t! I am actually excited about it. According to the BMI I should weigh 128 lbs which I have not weighed since the fifth grade. I put that as my goal but I don't really care if I get there. My overall health is more important to me than a number on a scale. I work for an airline and I love my job.

Hopefully we can become friends and I can help inspire you!

Have a good day!

First, congrats on the weight loss so far.
    Second, welcome back.
I'm new to MFP and I'm slowly finding my groove. You did well in the past and I'm sure you will continue!!!
