Actually I have been starting my workout and diet plan around three months ago. And I thought I was going to be silent all the way, interactions with people is totally not my style. But guess what? I'm really starting to see results now. So I thought: why not give it a try, at least say hello to other MFP friends?

So here I am.

I'm from Taiwan, trying to lose some weight, and hope to get a hot beach body next summer!

I keep a diet of taking less than 1300 calories everyday, is starting some Jillian Michaels fitness DVDs (I had been looking over fitness or workout videos, and not really succeeded when starting, these fitness infos are so poor in Taiwan! They HATE sweating programs!!!), and now over 2 months, I'm eventually starting to see some results (my body fat on my Omicron weighting scale turned from 33 to 30 now!)
All of these thanks to MFP.
I use this site to track my daily calories. And through this forum I get to know workout videos like Jillian Michaels or P90 series or so on (I think I'll stick to JM for now, I find it pretty suitable).

And I would like to know some friends here :)
Btw, are there any Asians friends here? I'd be glad to know some friends that are in Asia like me~

    Good luck! Even if you're not too vocal, sometimes its nice to see other people's comments and progress, it helps me at least :)
