Another MFP enters "Onederland"!

I am 61 and I started with MFP at 230 pounds on Memorial Day.
This morning I am so very happy to cross over into "Onederland"! This morning I weigh 199.2. I feel so energized and ready to tackle my next mini-goal to get below 180. I don't have a final goal yet.
How did I do it? My base calories are 1200, I eat back my exercise calories, I do 30-45 min. cardio 6 days a week on average. I do weight training for about 1/2 hour before my cardio, rotating between upper and lower body. I also do an intermittent fast one day a week. When I can I get in extras like swimming or a walk at lunch, just to mix things up. Next, I think I'll try Zumba.
I love the forums and a few of my family members are also on MFP.
