Peanut butter/ banana smoothie

Great breakfast or after workout smoothie. Makes 2 servings.
1/4 cup Kroger 60 cal almond milk
1 med banana
3 Tbsp MLO Super High Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Peter Pan Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Creamy
3/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Non-Fat Yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy

8 g fat
19 g protein
270 mg sodium
3 g fiber

Try peeling the banana, cut in chunks, wrap and freeze. This makes the smoothie cold and thick, almost like an ice cream malt.0
